The MMF Aotearoa and the NZ Music Commission are thrilled to announce the NZ Music Month Summit packed one-day programme featuring panel discussions and presentations around Community and Collaboration - the theme for NZ Music Month | Te Marama Puoro o Aotearoa 2023.

Presented with support from our industry organisation partners APRA AMCOS, NZ On Air and Recorded Music NZ, the NZ Music Month Summit attendees will witness discussions that include collaboration in creative relationships, finding your collaborative music community and collaborating in the recording studio. There is an update from both SoundCheck Aotearoa and The Waiata Anthems crew, and we look at a collaboration of songs and screen with Equaliser.

The live stream will be available on the day through the MMF Aotearoa and NZ Music Commission YouTube channels, with online moderators to take your questions and feed them through to the live panels.

Alongside the live stream, this year’s NZ Music Month Summit will be held for a limited live audience at the Tuning Fork - in Auckland. To secure a ticket for the in-person event, you can registera via Moshtix here. No registration is needed to watch the live stream.
