Being a musician, songwriter, composer, or member of the creative community that surrounds and supports them can pose serious challenges to maintaining good health and wellbeing. With these seminars we're bringing together a group of panelists with different areas of expertise and experience to talk about everyday tools for managing your own mental health and wellbeing, as well as identifying some common experiences, and discussing a variety of services which are available to support you.

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING SEMINAR, WELLINGTON
MusicHelps and the New Zealand Music Managers Forum are coming to Wellington to present their MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING SEMINAR. Health and wellbeing are fundamental to music-making at all levels, but also across all areas of the industry – management, production, crew. And many in the music industry in New Zealand do not feel equipped or trained when it comes to wellbeing issues.
